| 6. | 6 " subcontractor " means the person named in the agreement and the legal successors in title to this person , but not ( except with the consent of the contractor ) any assignee

| 7. | 8 " subcontractor " means any person named in the contract as a subcontractor , or any person appointed as a subcontractor , for a part of the works ; and the legal successors in title to each of these persons

| 10. | Anyone who has outside this country produced a new plant variety , or his successor in title , may acquire a plant breeder s right in respect of the plant variety , where the producer is a swedish national or has his domicile in sweden
任何一个在瑞典境外具有瑞典国籍或其住所设于瑞典境内研发出新的植物品种的个人或其名义上的继承人，根据本法可以取得由此一品种衍生之利益的独占权利。 |
